This is the first championship after a one-year hiatus for the league. 2010 - Pittsburgh, PA : The Pittsburgh Power is announced as the fourth new team for the 2011 season, joining the returning Kansas City Brigade, Philadelphia Soul and San Jose SaberCats. The Power will play at the Consol Energy Center. 2000 - Orlando, FL : ArenaBowl XIV: The game comes down to the final play as the Predators' David Cool knocks home a 19-yard field goal as time expires to beat the Nashville Kats, 41-38. A TD Waterhouse Centre crowd of 15,989 sees Connell Maynor of the Preds win MVP honors. 1993 - Las Vegas, NV : Bill MacFarland is awarded the expansion Las Vegas Sting franchise, to begin play in 1994. 1993 - Milwaukee, WI : Andrew Vallozzi is awarded an AFL expansion franchise for 1994. It will become known as the Milwaukee Mustangs.
