1990 - Albany, NY : The Albany Firebirds inaugural regular-season home game is played before 7,813 fans at Knickerbocker (Pepsi) Arena. The Firebirds defeat the Washington Commandos, 16-12, in what is still the lowest scoring game in AFL history.
