0:00 4Q - With one final run, the celebration was on at Spokane Arena, as the Spokane Shock won ArenaBowl XXIII 69-57.

0:42 4Q - Brett Dietz drew the Storm back within two scores in ArenaBowl XXIII, moving into second place all-time in completions in ArenaBowl history with 29. Still, the Shock hold a 69-57 lead with 0:42 to play.

1:35 4Q - Kyle Rowley broke the AFL record for touchdown passes in an ArenaBowl with his ninth score of the game by hitting Huey Whittaker for the touchdown that probably put ArenaBowl XXIII away.

6:55 4Q - Brett Dietz hit Hank Edwards in the back of the end zone for an eight yard touchdown pass and then Dietz hit Tyrone Timmons on the two-point conversion as the Storm pulled back within 13 points, 62-49.

9:04 4Q - QB  Kyle Rowley threw his record-tying eight touchdown pass to lineman Ed Ta'amu as the Spokane Shock extended their lead to 62-41.

Sorry, missed a drive in there.

14:02 4Q - Huey Whittaker was left wide open in the end zone and Kyle Rowley hit him for a 13 yard touchdown pass. The catch was Whittaker's third TD of the game, giving the Shock a 55-35 lead.

0:28.9 3Q - Storm FB Eric Ortiz scored his third rushing touchdown of the game, this one from 5 yards out, as the Storm pull back within two scores, 48-35. The Storm were given new life after Travis Williams committed pass interference on a fourth down incompletion.

5:40 3Q - Following a Brett Dietz interception, his 3rd turnover of the game, Huey Whittaker caught a 20-yard pass from Kyle Rowley for a touchdown, and Spokane Shock extended their lead to 48-28.

10:30 3Q - Kyle Rowley scored a touchdown on a QB dive from the Tampa Bay one yard line to extend their lead out of the half to 41-28.

HALF - Emery Sammons blocked a garrett Rivas 41-yard field goal attempt as time in the first half expired. Spokane took a 34-28 lead into the locker room, and they get the ball first to start the second half.

0:11.9 2Q - Markee White scored his fourth touchdown from Kyle Rowley on a 22-yard pass. Taylor Rowan's successful extra point resulted in a 34-28 lead for the Shock.

0:23.9 2Q - Following a successful onside kick, the Storm marched down the field in 25 seconds as Terrence Royal scored easily on a  six yard run to take a 28-27 lead.

0:49.4 2Q - Brett Dietz hit DeAndrew Rubin for a seven yard touchdown pass and Rivas made the extra point, as the Storm move back within one score, 27-21. Rivas successfully recovered his ensuing onside kick.

1:00 2Q - Spokane's Markee White scored his third touchdown of the game on a 15-yard pass from Kyle Rowley in the back of the endzone as the Shock extended their lead to 27-13 at the WOOM.

5:37 2Q - Storm FB Eric Ortiz scored on a one yard run and Garrett Rivas made the extra point with 5:37 remaining in the 2nd quarter to pull the Tampa Bay Storm back within six points.

10:48 2Q - Markee White extended the Shock's lead to 20-7 following a Brett Dietz interception with a 4-yard touchdown pass over the wall from Kyle Rowley.

14:14 2Q - Kyle Rowley hit Markee White for a 5-yard touchdown pass to open up the second quarter. Spokane took a 13-7 lead.

END 1Q - Following a Jeremy Geathers sack and forced fumble on Brett Dietz, the Spokane Shock set up on the Tampa Bay 5-yardline. The Storm hold a 7-6 lead, but the Shock are knocking on the door.

3:51 1Q - Kyle Rowley hit Huey Whittaker on a seven yard touchdown pass, but the extra point was blocked by Storm LB Cliff Dukes, as the Storm maintained a slim 7-6 lead with 3:51 remaining in the first quarter. Rowley was an efficient 5-of-6 for 40 yards on the drive.

8:07 1Q - Eric Ortiz took the pitch and rumbled into the end zone to give the Tampa Bay Storm a 7-0 lead with 8:07 left in the first quarter.  The 45-yard drive was the game-opener and took nearly seven minutes to complete.
