SPOKANE – Thunder WR/KR Duane Brooks returned a fourth quarter kickoff 57 yards for a touchdown, tying the AFL single-season kick return touchdown record, but that wasn’t enough to overcome a scoreless third quarter as Portland narrowly fell to the Spokane Shock, 42-40, in front of 8,357 at the Spokane Veterans Memorial Arena Saturday evening.

The Shock (5-10, 1-4) will return to Spokane Veterans Memorial Arena in Week 18 of the 2015 AFL regular season to host the Portland Thunder (4-11, 1-4) on Saturday, July 25 with a 7:00 p.m. PT kickoff.
