Shock Easily Top Rush in Easter Clash

While most families spent Sunday carving their Easter hams, Erik Meyer spent his carving up the Chicago Rush defense. The Spokane Shock shellacked the Chicago Rush by a score 76-51 in their week two matchup. Similar to the impressive win in Cleveland last week, the offense was firing on all cylinders and the defense/special teams made enough big plays to carry the day.

Last season, the Chicago Rush gave up 76 points against the Spokane Shock at home in the Allstate Arena. In that game, Shock wide receiver Adron Tennell put up 10 receptions for 152 yards and a touchdown.

This will be the first National Conference match up for each team this season after opening their seasons against non-conference opponents.
