VooDoo Fan Fest features "Dingbats" and much more

 NEW ORLEANS (March 30, 2010) – The New Orleans VooDoo will hold its first Fan Fest of the 2011 season prior to the team’s game versus the Georgia Force this Saturday, April 2. The Fan Fest will begin at 5 p.m. and feature local band the “Dingbats” in front of the New Orleans Arena.

The event will feature a free chocolate milk giveaway from Brown’s Dairy, face painting and bounce houses for the children. There will also be photo and autograph opportunities with some players and VooDoo Dolls, along with MoJo and Bones.

Also the VooDoo Hearse, the official hearse of the New Orleans VooDoo and personal vehicle of Bones, will also be available for patrons to take a picture with. The VooDoo Hearse is a creation of Monogram Express, the official apparel provider of the VooDoo. Official merchandise will be available for purchase as well.

For the adults, the fest will have dollar beers and soft drinks. The adult beverages tent will be open from 5-6:30 p.m.
