Shock face Austin in round 1

July 27, 2008 – Chicago, IL: The arenafootball2 League office released its 1st round of the 2008 ArenaCup Playoff match-ups that includes the top-seeded Spokane Shock hosting the eighth-seeded Austin Wranglers.  The Shock and Austin will play on Saturday August 2nd with a 7 PM kick-off. Tickets for the game are on sale now and can be purchased by contacting TicketsWest.

Earlier this year, the Shock traveled to Austin and came home to Spokane with a 62-42 victory over the Wranglers.

If the Shock defeat the Wranglers, they will host a second-round playoff game on August 9th at 7 PM. Tickets for that game will go on sale on Monday August 4th through TicketsWest.
