Columbus briefly came to life and gave Dallas a fight. The game to watch is the Chicago Rush at Columbus Destroyers. Can Columbus pull off the upset?
New Orleans won a hard-fought contest over San Jose. What sophomore jinx? Meanwhile, Arizona misses Bonner.
And don’t look, but in the Western Division your co-leaders are Los Angeles and Las Vegas! Again, the season is still young.
Herein are the Power Rankings for Week 4.
| Rank | Team | Record | Previous Rank | Next Up | 1 | Orlando Predators | 3-0 | 3 | @DAL |
| Handily wins over cross-state rival in the Jungle. Look to go 4-0 against the Desperadoes. | ||||
| 2 | Chicago Rush (CHI) | 2-1 | 4 | @CLB |
| Rush ekes out win at Colorado. Columbus showed moxie at Dallas. Could Columbus pull off an upset? | ||||
| 3 | Philadelphia Soul | 2-1 | 6 | @NO |
| Soul in thick of Eastern race. New Orleans will provide a good test. | ||||
| 4 | New Orleans VooDoo | 2-1 | 10 | PHI |
| Kats a respite as VooDoo faces two straight tough tests against Philadelphia and Tampa Bay. | ||||
| 5 | Los Angeles Avengers (LA) | 2-1 | 14 | SJ |
| Leads Western Division. Must prove themselves against the SaberCats. | ||||
| 6 | Tampa Bay Storm (TB) | 2-1 | 1 | @NO (2/25) |
| Lost big in the War on I-4. After a week off will visit the VooDoo in N’Orleans in a key Southern Division showdown. | ||||
| 7 | Colorado Crush | 1-2 | 7 | @AZ |
| Tough loss against Chicago. Arizona should be a gracious host. | ||||
| 8 | San Jose SaberCats (SJ) | 1-2 | 2 | @LA |
| Must take out frustration of close loss on the division-leading Avengers. | ||||
| 9 | Georgia Force (GA) | 2-1 | 8 | @LV |
| Takes victory over Rattlers. Las Vegas is next. Could be a good game. | ||||
| 10 | New York Dragons (NY) | 1-1 | 5 | NAS |
| Loss at Las Vegas hurts, but Dragons still in thick of the early Eastern race. Should win in hosting the Kats. | ||||
| 11 | Dallas Desperados (DAL) | 2-1 | 9 | ORL |
| 2-1 record somewhat deceiving as Dallas almost blows 21-point lead to Chicago and Columbus gives Desperadoes a tough game in Dallas. Orlando won’r be as kind. | ||||
| 12 | Las Vegas Gladiators | 2-1 | 12 | GA |
| Glads co-lead the Western Division but season is still young. | ||||
| 13 | Arizona Rattlers (AZ) | 1-2 | 11 | CO |
| Bonner can’t return soon enough. This is not a good time to host a team coming off a tough loss. | ||||
| 14 | Columbus Destroyers (CLB) | 0-2 | 15 | CHI |
| Gave Dallas a tough fight at Dallas. Host Chicago at home. Can Columbus pull off an upset? Is this a turning point in the franchise? | ||||
| 15 | Nashville Kats (NAS) | 1-2 | 13 | @NY |
| No Soul in Philly, Big Apple will take a bite out of the Kats. | ||||
| 16 | Grand Rapids Rampage (GR) | 0-2 | 16 | AUS |
| Will the week off help the Rampage? | ||||
| 17 | Austin Wranglers (AUS) | 0-3 | 17 | @GR |
| A win could elevate Austin from the bottom of the Power Rankings. |
