Tampa Bay Storm initiates “Seats for Local Heroes” program
TAMPA BAY – In conjunction with Local Heroes Night, Saturday, July 6th, the Tampa Bay Storm will provide a ticket package that benefits our local heroes and provides a way to give back via a program called, “Seats for Local Heroes.”
“We are always looking for ways to give back to the Tampa Bay community,” said Storm president Derrick Brooks. “This is the perfect way to help benefit those that sacrifice each and every day to ensure our safety, and enable them to enjoy an exciting night out.”
The “Seats for Local Heroes” program gives local businesses and individuals the opportunity to choose from one of three sponsorship packages that will send local police officers, firefighters, medical response teams, and their families, to the July 6th Tampa Bay Storm game versus the Spokane Shock.
The sponsorship packages range between $100 and $500. As much as 20 percent of the sponsorship will be donated to the R.I.C.H. House and Camp Hopetáke. Additionally, each sponsorship package will provide tickets, ranging from 10 to 50, to local heroes enabling them attend the game.
All sponsors will receive tickets for the July 6th matchup, with the highest sponsorship level also receiving two (2) Tampa Bay Lightning 2013-14 pre-season tickets. In addition, sponsors will be recognized on LightningVision during the game.
