Disaster in the Second Quarter(5/5) The South Georgia Wildcats win streak stopped at three games on Saturday night in Huntsville, Alabama as five costly turnovers, all in the second quarter, spelled doom for the Wildcats as the Tennessee Valley Vipers handed South Georgia a 54-28 loss at the Von Braun Center.

Spokane Shock Grounds Iowa Barnstormers(5/2) I was stunned to learn that the Iowa Barnstormers were in familiar territory when it came to playing for sold-out crowds. Their first two home games drew an average of 11,368 fans.

Another Piece to the Puzzle(4/22) After last week’s blowout win and players starting to gel, the Wildcats front office adds a huge piece to the puzzle.

Complete Dominance(4/20) There really is no need for a recap for this game...It can be summed it up in two words: COMPLETE DOMINANCE!

Green Bay's growing pains(4/14) It was an ugly Friday night for the Green Bay Blizzard in front of 7,231 of its fans at the Resch Center. But as disappointing as the 53-28 loss to the Manchester Wolves was, it was probably just what the young team needed after beating the Tennessee Valley Vipers, the defending ArenaCup champions, two weeks ago.

ArenaFan Travelogue: af2 Milwaukee Iron(3/30) With the Arena Football League on hiatus in 2009, I figured it was a good time to get reacquainted with the AFL’s developmental league, arenafootball2. I have been to several af2 games over the years and have always had a good time seeing new teams and new arenas. With a new expansion team in Milwaukee, Wisconsin this year, I couldn’t pass up the opportunity to take in a game.
