Pittsburgh’s Steven Sheffield threw for six touchdown and ran for one more to lead the Power to a 55-44 come-from-behind victory in front of 5,340 at CONSOL Energy Center tonight. The Power, who were down 44-28 with 13:58 to play in the 4th quarter, ended the game by scoring 27 straight points.
After a 16-point lead disappeared, the Cleveland Gladiators (2-7) fell 55-44 to the Pittsburgh Power (3-6) Saturday night at Consol Energy Center in Pittsburgh. The Gladiators held a 44-28 lead in the fourth quarter, but 27 unanswered Pittsburgh points sent the Gladiators to their second straight loss and gave the Power their first home win in six tries this season. Three different Gladiators receivers- Dominick Goodman, Thyron Lewis, and Jamar Howard- finished the game with five receptions.
