The Arena Football League Office announced today that Philadelphia Soul kicker Tommy Frevert has been named Smitty’s USA Kicker of the Year and San Jose SaberCats Jack linebacker David Hyland has been selected for the Al Lucas AFL Pulse Hero Award for his philanthropic efforts throughout the 2015 season.
