Biography
Jeff rewrote the record books with nine NAIA records at Southwestern Minnesota State. He was named conference MVP in both 1990 and 1992. A two-time All-American, Loots had his number (11) retired by his alma mater. Jeff threw for 4,111 yards and 50 touchdowns in college during the 1991 season.
