Cincinnati players, coaches and staff to visit with Ronald McDonald House residents on April 23rd

CINCINNATI, Ohio –
The Cincinnati Jungle Kats announced today that they will be visiting the Ronald McDonald House, located at 350 Erkenbrecher Avenue, on Monday, April 23rd beginning at 12:00pm.

Jungle Kats players, coaches, and staff will be serving lunch to the residents of the Ronald McDonald house, generously catered by Scott’s Barbeque.  Scott’s Barbeque is located at 637 Northland Boulevard in Forest Park and is proud to join the Kats in their attempts to give back to the Cincinnati community.

Ronald McDonald House Charities of Greater Cincinnati provides a supportive "home away from home" for families and their children who are receiving treatment at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center or other area hospitals, regardless of their ability to pay.  Our House provides a comfortable place where families can sleep, eat home-cooked meals and meet others facing similar situations and offer support to one another during difficult times. Our House is supported by generous individuals, McDonald's owner/operators, local businesses, civic groups, foundations, and a large, caring group of volunteers.

The Kats travel to Mahoning Valley this weekend as they will take on the undefeated Thunder this Saturday night at 7:00pm.  This season, fans can hear all the action of every Kats game on 1530 HOMER the Sports Animal beginning with the pre-game show, 15 minutes prior to the opening kickoff.  Saturday’s broadcast hits the air at 6:45pm.
