 2017 AFL Kicker of the Year Adrian Trevino joins another veteran and a rookie

PHILADELPHIA, PA – The Philadelphia Soul today announce that the following players has been assigned to the 2018 roster by the Arena Football League: Adrian Trevino (K), Bryce Peila (DB), and Greg McGhee (QB).

Trevino, beginning his second Soul season, was named the 2017 AFL Kicker of the Year. Trevino had stints with the Cleveland Gladiators, Green Bay Blizzard (IFL) and Utah Blaze.

“The kicking game is an integral part of success in the AFL,” said Head Coach Clint Donzel. “We are fortunate to have the kicker of the year added to our roster.”

This is Peila’s second season with the Soul. He played for the Portland Thunder and Portland Steel and attended Western Oregon University.

The Soul welcome rookie Greg McGhee to the 2018 roster. McGhee had a stint with the BC Lions of the Canadian Football League. He attended Howard University and is originally from Pittsburgh, PA.
