| Chuck Fasse and the Colorado Crush have roots that go all the way back to 1985-86 when he worked as a volunteer equipment assistant at the Denver Broncos training camp in Greeley, Colorado. One of his many duties was to warm up the quarterbacks before practices, meaning he played catch with John Elway. 18 years later Fasse is back in Colorado as a correspondent covering the Colorado Crush. He has earned a degree in Journalism from the University of Northern Arizona, served as an intern and worked for NBC sports in Flagstaff and Phoenix, Arizona, played Arena football including an appearance in Iron Bowl I for the now-defunct Arizona Outlaws. Chuck is currently the Sports Director for KSXT 1570 am Smart Talk Radio in Loveland, Colorado where he also hosts the Sportsfan Talk Hour, a one hour call-in sports talk show covering Northern Colorado sports. In his ‘off’ time Chuck covers local sports for the Reporter-Hearld newspaper. |
