Blaze announce first annual military appreciation night

SALT LAKE CITY – The Utah Blaze are pleased to announce that they will be holding their first annual “Military Appreciation Night” on Friday, May 28, 2010. Come support your local military and the Blaze as they take on the Arizona Rattlers at 7 p.m. (MT) at Maakoa Field at the E Center.

The Blaze will be spotlighting the Utah National Guard, U.S. Army, U.S. Air Force, U.S. Navy and other military organizations throughout the whole night including participation in the pre-game ceremonies and half-time. Each division will compete against each other during half-time in a series of competitive activities.

The Blaze will be back in action following their bye week to take on the Milwaukee Iron in a nationally televised game on the NFL Network on Friday, May 14. Kickoff is set for 6 p.m. MT.
