Gladiators' Marlion Jackson and Otis Amey earn All-Arena honors

CLEVELAND – The Arena Football League announced today that Cleveland Gladiators (9-7) FB MARLION JACKSON and WR OTIS AMEY have been named to the All-Arena First and Second Team, respectively.
 
Jackson (6-1, 255, Saginaw Valley State) started all 16 games for the Gladiators and led the AFL in rushing attempts (108), yards (356) and rushing first downs (43) in his fifth season in the league.  He also tied Torrance Marshall of the Tampa Bay Storm for the league-lead with 23 rushing touchdowns on the year, leading to his All-Arena First Team honors.
 
Amey (5-10, 192, Sacramento State) started all 16 games for Cleveland and led the AFL in scoring with 302 total points, total touchdowns scored (50, 48 receiving, one rushing, one missed field goal return) and ranked second in the league with 48 receiving touchdowns.  His two-touchdown performance in the season finale broke the franchise records for points in a season and total touchdowns scored in a single-season.
