April 20 Rush-Rampage game sold out

April 8, 2008 – The Chicago Rush announced today that the team’s Sunday, April 20, home game against its Central Division rival, the Grand Rapids Rampage, is sold out.

A limited number of standing room tickets will go on sale at the Allstate Arena box office beginning at 11 a.m. on April 20 – three hours prior to kickoff.

Tickets still remain for the team’s final three regular season home games: May 19 vs. Los Angeles; May 31 vs. Kansas City; and June 22 vs. Dallas.

The annual home-and-home series between the Rush and Rampage is one of the team’s most-anticipated rivalries, and has been re-named this season as the Amtrak Classic, in honor of the railroad’s Pere Marquette line, which runs daily service between the cities.

The Rush won the inaugural game in the Amtrak Classic series earlier this season, defeating Grand Rapids, 64-35, March 14 in Grand Rapids.

Fans wishing to purchase tickets to any one of Chicago’s three remaining home games may order by calling Ticketmaster at (312) 559-1212, or by visiting the Ticketmaster Web site at ticketmaster.com" target="_blank">www.ticketmaster.com.  Tickets also may be purchased in person at any Ticketmaster outlet or the Allstate Arena box office.

Before returning to Allstate Arena April 20, the Rush hits the road this week, traveling to Kansas City for a Monday night, April 14, game against its Central Division rival, the Brigade.  The game, which kicks off at 7:30 p.m., will be broadcast nationally on ESPN2.
