1 – Tulsa (6-1) – Talons hold on to 1st by way of their win over Quad City.

2 – Quad City (6-1) – Jay McDonagh throws for 9 TD’s in a 77-47 beating of the Vipers.

3 – Augusta (6-1) – Stallions suffer 1st loss of the season at Norfolk, 40-25.

4 – Tennessee Valley (6-1) –They wanted Quad City….well, they got ‘em.

5 – Richmond (6-1) – Great record, but no wins against teams that are over .500.

6 – Carolina (5-2) – Rhinos fall a game behind Richmond in the Northeast division.

7 – Birmingham (5-2) – Steeldogs fall flat on their faces at Arkansas, 60-27.

8 – Baton Rouge (5-2) – Late TD pass by Herb Tyler wins it for the Blaze, 31-28.

9 – Greensboro (4-3) – Up and down Greensboro plays great defense in 28-21 win.

10 – Peoria (4-3) – Pirates play their best game of the year in an upset of Tulsa.

11 – Wichita (4-3) – Stealth defense is porous giving up 68 points to Iowa.

12 – Norfolk (3-4) – Hold high scoring Augusta to 25 points for their 3rd straight win.

13 – Arkansas (3-4) – Coach Gary Anderson has the Twisters playing very well.

14 – Pensacola (3-4) – New starting QB John Knust leads the Barracudas to a win.

15 – Roanoke (3-4) – Nobody watches Roanoke at home, but they’re playing better.

16 – Charleston (4-3) – On a 3 game losing streak and falling fast.

17 – Iowa (3-4) – New coach, Earle Bruce, gets his 1st win as an Iowa Barnstormer.

18 – Jacksonville (4-3) – Hope to get back on track Friday against slumping Charleston.

19 – Tallahassee (3-4) – Turnovers kill the Thunder in their loss to Pensacola.

20 – Macon (3-4) – New QB Mike Gluski leads the Knights to a 49-27 win.

21- Lafayette (2-5) – Roughnecks lose yet another close one, 31-28.

22 – Bossier City (2-5) – Battle Wings jump out to a fast lead then cruise, 44-25.

23 – Florida (2-5) – Coach Jensen’s revamped Firecats may be on the right track.

24 – Louisville (2-5) – Louisville puts it all together in a 71-12 win.

25 – Lincoln (2-5) – They’re not at rock bottom, but they can see it from where they’re at.

26 – Rochester (1-6) – Offensive line gives up 11 sacks in a 50-21 loss.

27 – Memphis (1-6) – Offense fails Memphis as they lose to Bossier City, 44-25.

28 – Columbus (0-7) – 16 penalties in a loss to Macon Saturday. 16 penalties??
