Storm Falls in Philadelphia, 62-41

 Philadelphia, PA – The Tampa Bay Storm (7-2) were defeated by the Philadelphia Soul (9-0) by a score of 62-41 in front of 9,081 fans at Wells Fargo Center.

The Storm offense was led by quarterback Randy Hippeard who completed 28-of-45 passes for 324 yards and six touchdowns. His top target was Joe Hills who caught 12 passes for 161 yards and four touchdowns. Hills has a touchdown reception in 77 consecutive games played, needing just two surpass Damian Harrell’s record of 78.

Philadelphia was led by quarterback Dan Raudabaugh. Raudabaugh completed 15-of-21 passes for 209 yards and five touchdowns.

Tampa Bay will go on its third bye week of the season before returning home to host the Washington Valor on Saturday, June 1. Kickoff is set for 7:00 p.m. ET.
