Storm Falls In First Round of AFL Postseason, Loses To Philadelphia 63-41

Allentown, PA – The Tampa Bay Storm (2-15, 0-1) were defeated by the Philadelphia Soul (14-3, 1-0) by a score of 63-41 in front of 5,540 fans at the PPL Center on Sunday evening.
The Storm was led by quarterback Jason Boltus, who completed 13-of-33 passes for 199 yards and five touchdowns. His top receiver was Kendrick Ings, who caught six passes for 115 yards and two touchdowns.
The Storm defense by its backfield with Cortez Stubbs leading the way. Stubbs finished the night with 3.0 tackles and a 15-yard interception return for a touchdown. Spoto H.S. (Riverview, FL) product Nick Addison also had an interception return for eight yards. Storm defensive lineman Everett Dawkins had the team’s lone sack of the night.
The Soul was led by quarterback Dan Raudabaugh who finished the night completing 22-of-33 passes passes for 224 yards and eight touchdowns. Receiver Darius Reynolds was his top target, catching seven passes for 98 yards and three touchdowns.
