Thanks to WR Jeron Harvey's 10-yard TD reception with no time remaining, the Sharks beat the host Arizona Rattlers to claim ArenaBowl XXIV by a 73-70 score in front of 14,320 at the US Airways Center.

At halftime at ArenaBowl XXIV at the US Airways Center, Barry Wagner, George LaFrance, Hunkie Cooper, Eddie Brown, Darren Arbet, Sylvester Bembery, Sam Hernandez, Gene Nudo, Stevie Thomas, and Kurt Warner were announced as the Arena Football League Hall of Fame Class of 2011. Only five were expected to be selected.

Arena Football League Commissioner Jerry B. Kurz has been named the Founder’s Award recipient for 2011, the League announced at the ArenaBowl XXIV Awards Presentation on Thursday night.

During halftime of ArenaBowl XXIV, AFL Commissioner Jerry B. Kurz announced the 2011 AFL Hall of Fame Class.

Jacksonville Sharks quarterback Aaron Garcia completed a 10 yard pass to Jeron Harvey as time expired to win ArenaBowl XXIV 73-70 in front of 14,320 atthe U.S. Airways Center in Phoenix, Arizona. The 143 total points is the most ever in ArenaBowl history.
