Valor WR and Offensive Player of the Game Roger Jackson led the way for Washington with 137 yards and two touchdowns through the air while the game’s MVP, Storm WR Joe Hills, led the way for Tampa Bay with 123 receiving yards and three touchdowns, including the game-winner with just three seconds remaining.
