The game went back-and-forth, but the Soul defense came up with two big stops in the fourth quarter to seal the win.

Soul Survive Stiff Challenge from Predators
Adam Markowitz,

The Orlando Predators might have only gone 7-11 this year, and there might be a question as to whether or not they deserved to get into the playoffs. They didn't end up beating the Philadelphia Soul on Saturday night, but they did prove that they belong in a game that easily could have gone either way. Philly escaped with a 59-55 victory, but it was never an easy game.

Swagger Suggests Super Showdown Between Soul and Preds
Adam Markowitz,

One team started off at 0-5 and rallied into the playoffs. The other started off the season as such big favorites in their division that I deemed them the first 0-1 team to ever win a division title. Since that point though, both the Orlando Predators and the Philadelphia Soul have turned things around, and they are both playing some of their best football of the season coming into Saturday night's American Conference Semifinal tie in the City of Brotherly Love.
