Cleveland led Jacksonville 14-7 after the first quarter, but were outscored 14-0 by the Sharks in the second. After a low-scoring third quarter – 9-6 in favor of Jacksonville – the Gladiators outscored the Sharks 21-13 in the fourth; but it was not enough to overcome the second-period lapse.
