Tommy Taggart joins Philadelphia Soul

The Arena Football League’s Philadelphia Soul announce that fullback Tommy Taggart (6’3, 275, Oklahoma) agreed to terms on a one-year deal with the team and joins recent additions: quarterback Bryan Randall (6’2, 220, Virginia Tech) and offensive lineman Keyun Swinney (6’4, 340, Alcorn State) on the Soul’s 2015 roster.
