I compared DC ticket prices to Philly ticket prices and nearly every level is 40% (or more) higher in DC. I was very excited to have an arena team closer to me, but I am not sure I am willing to pay this premium when I already like the Philly squad and they are a known quantity.

Anyone here a season ticket holder yet?

I would gladly purchase single game tickets to Washington Valor games at the Verizon Center.

Single games are not terrible, but the season ticket prices are way too high.

I bought front row end zone tickets with Baltimore yesterday and it cost me $180 for the pair instead of $180 per seat for seats that are pretty far away from the field.

Now I just need to get my deposit back from Washington and use it to buy really good opening day tickets instead.

I understand general admission tickets to the Washington Valor games are $20 each, which is reasonable

I am kind of surprised at how pricey the Valor single game tickets are as well. I have been to Soul games and paid $35-40 for seats in the 100's sections. I just bought 2 tickets for the Valor home opener in the 200's section for $45 each. The tickets for the 100's sections are $55 and higher.

Yeah I paid $169 for a pair of seats in section 121 row J. That is a lot for this league, especially when the same seats in Baltimore are $90 for the pair.

About getting tickets on game day at the box office in Baltimore, last I did for the minor league indoor football Mariners a few years ao, they added a $5 surcharge on tickets, besides face value. Also be careful to make sure your endzone seats aren't obstructed view. I wish they could build a replacement for the Royal Farms Arena, but the doing studies after studies about it. Its impossible to renovate that boxy seating area.
