| Is there a legitimate list of potential teams coming or a proposed list? |

| While not exactly an expansion team, the Commish has told me on several occasions he wants the Dragons to play a couple regular season games at the new Prudential Center in Newark. |

Based on arena size and league costs, they should stay where they are. |

That's the new Devils' arena, right? If you play there, you need to add NJ to your name. _________________ Tampa Bay Storm: 53-52 (since Ive been a fan)

That's right, the Jets and Giants need to drop NY from their name and change it to NJ.
Many teams play in suburbs and still use the major city name, but come on it's a whole different State. |

Actually, the Iowa arena holds 14,000+
I was there for the game against Stockton. 2/3 of the upper deck was closed off and there were still over 10,000 in attendance. _________________ http://www.KCFlightCrew.net |

If the league is considering single-entity ownership, I would think that needs to be ironed-out before any new potential owners will get involved.

| Yes, the Prudential Centers in Newark, NJ. I've been there for a couple indoor soccer games, nice arena but really crummy part of town and nowhere to tailgate. As for the Giants and Jets, they play in East Rutherford, a city of about 10k people but they are literally only a handful of miles away from Manhattan. Perhaps we should call them the NY/NY Giants?? |

Which leads to the awkward name "Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim." Even though I usually still refer to the team as the Anaheim Angels or simply just the Angels. _________________ Philadelphia Soul

It has been announced that Buffalo will be getting an af2 team.

The majority owner also owns the defending CIFL Champions, the Rochester Raiders. |

After five seasons in the AFL (1999-2003), Buffalo is getting an af2 team (I like it). When the Albany Firebirds left Albany after 11 seasons in the AFL (1990-2000), it was awarded an af2 team.
Nice to know Buffalo wasn't forgotten. _________________ LEONARD "HAWKEYE" WEIRICH
