I know Mike Judge bought a piece of it, but there has been nothing done since that purchase. Do we know anything?

http://caflfootball.com/

"The CAFL & Great Stone Gridiron are bringing its Pro Football Combines to a city near you and its your vote that can determine where they will be hosted. The CAFL & GSG are in search of more than 100 athletes wanting to play professional football in China while also serving as true ambassadors of the game. The professional game returns to China in 2019 and you will not want to miss your chance to be the league’s next stars along with the life rewarding experience of teaching the game to youth in China. Its a chance to Play, Live, Love & Grow the Game in China"

Here is to hoping they actually do run a 2019 season again in China, but, others will probably look at this as close to an NGL-level combine "scam".

I'd say they're deader than Mao Tse Tung.

WAIT, DO MY EYES DECEIVE ME . It had been 9 months since AFL international got a single post.

Dave, please move this into history now that AFL China is over.

It could still go, in the right hands with deep enough pockets. Huge market, growing income, no tradition of American football whatever, and not enough exposure but what Arena could become the standard game. Fortunately, if one believes in this scenario, there probably was never enough done previously to have irreparably harmed the game by what has already been done. (It would take a relaunch in China on the level of what the AFL has become since 2016 to do that. I hope no one is doing that!)
