The "I need to spend more time with the family" is 95% of the time a load of B.S. as the real "primary" reason for leaving something.

Yep, that 's why I lead with that question... Also this is a 10 week reg season, 4/5 training camp so its a short commitment. There are NFL 2 coach openings left. I think there's more than meets the eye.
Does Childress have any kids who are assistant coaches in the NFL?

Good questions.

But here's a good article on Brad's flippant commitment to staying hired.

** Hirers, beware. If you want to bring on Childress, just know you need to have a back-up brought on immediately in case he gets cold feet.

Then again, he couldn’t even stay retired, so who knows what he will be doing next month? **

Wow, I knew that I wasn't seeing them in the store anymore, but just assumed that it was that the local Kroger had stopped carrying them and not that Post had totally ceased manufacturing them. Seems like it was only a few years ago that I bought some. Well, they stopped making Postum imitation instant coffee, too, but someone else subsequently bought the rights to making it. Wow, those were the original, core products. Mr. C. W. Post was a patient of Kellogg's at Battle Creek, went back home and ripped him off. His daughter and heiress was Marjorie Merriweather Post, the original "poor little rich girl." She married E. F. Hutton, and people may have listened to him, but they talked about them. They eventually built a house in Florida called Mir-a-Lago, and after she was dead the family tried to give it to the govt. for a Florida "White House". Nixon didn't want it at all, as he had his own Florida house. If only they knew then …
