Sports Rankings Central ranked all the teams from the beginning to now.

All time best team is the '92 Detroit Drive, worst all time team is
'91 Columbus Thunder Bolts, and the worst champion of all time is '06 Chicago Rush.

This doesn't really tell the whole story though, as the league itself has been more and less popular at certain times in it's life (really the latter since the real league IP was stolen from it by af1) A more revealing ranking of teams and influence on the league would be dynasties (3-to-5 year performances by member franchises) and we all know only one team stands out.

The Tampa Bay Storm.
