Started off pretty good. The SaberCats win the coin toss and defer. The D gets a stop on the VooDoo's first possession and they settle for a FG.

The SaberCats score on their first possession and the score's 7-3.

Things really get going when Jones jumps the route and gets a Pick 6 for a TD. Pertuit missed the PAT, but the SaberCats are rolling.

Things are going well, but the VooDoo get the last score of the first half. The SaberCats are up by only 10 points

In the second half, the SaberCats get stopped in the shadow of the own end zone, but the D gets a crucial sack and push the VooDoo back. Right when you think that the SaberCats are gonna let the VooDoo back into the game, the SaberCats' Special Teams come through with a blocked FG and recover it for a TD! The SaberCats get some separation.

The SaberCats D hold's the VooDoo's offense to only 1 TD in the second half. Big turnaround from the 90 points the D gave up to Boise.

The SaberCats run the ball and run out the clock to the chant of "We want pizza!"

SaberCats win, 55-31.

Goodson stepped up and Williams showed that he isn't a one game wonder. Even WR Schoettgen makes a cameo on a couple of KOs when Pertuit apparently tweaked his hamstring. And on the D, Maka comes up with a couple BIG sacks.

No, I'm upset that some of you Sabercats' fans go out of your way to disrespect the Shock. 2k's intentional mention of the Boise Burn, a former Af2 franchise. is a slap in the face to the Shock regarding the 90 pts the Shock scored against the Sabercats 2 weeks ago. This is not a condemnation of all Cats' fans, some of you are gracious and give credit when credit is due. But some can just be classless.

You want to talk about class?! Let's talk about the humongous amount of moronic Shock fans that spammed the crap out of the Sanercars FB page before our first game last season, a game in which the Shock got popped on in their first game after winning a championship with a coach that looked like he should be coaching high school against what was basically an expansion Sabercats team. I like to show class with sports as much as the next person but I have no respect for the Shock at all.

Mat, you and some others do show respect. I apologize to you if you felt I was speaking to you regaring my comments at 2k. But you watch the video from the game last year in Spokane, there wasnt a fan within 3 seats of the catch, they all cleared out to the sides of the play. but all in the past now, bottom line is the series record stands knotted at 2-2. Both teams will reload and we will have at it again next year. And Bayarea, calling a kettle black, doesn't chage the color of the pot!
