With this new rivalry, I decided to do a blog entry dedicated to breaking down each team position-by-position. I am looking for a great game, I would be there, as it is only 2 hrs from school, but I am going to Florida for spring break!

I'm 99% certain that I'll be in Columbus for the game. First time to root for the Glads in person. Hope to be in Grand Rapids the night before to watch them take on Chicago.

Just in time for The Battle of Ohio - BK was on the radio today and announced that Silas Demary would be out about 3 games. Also he mentioned another (Heimberger?) would also be out for a while. Sad

Man.... that sucks. I checked the injury report and it said Demary and Heimburger were questionable, but not out. We don't really have much depth in the trenches. Narcisse is a pretty reliable backup though.

yeah, Heimburger, is out...
I talked to him after the game, and the crutches he was on weren't a good sign...

Yeah, I was going to say, H'burg was on crutches in the back hallways after the game. His foot/ankle looked to be all taped/iced/bandaged up.

You just signed Aaron Gibson to fill the void he's one big mo-fo.
He's listed at 375, but last time I saw him it looked more like 400 - lol
Now they've got to special order a helmet that will fit.

I was worried about this game because of the injuries. But no problems!
The game was blacked out in my area for some unknown reason, but I can't wait for the replay Sunday on STO.

Can you smell the Arena Bowl? Nuts

I do not know why the channel that was supposed to carry the game in the Cleveland area did not. They just said that due to circumstances beyond their control they could not. For some reason the internet streaming on the AFL website thought we were to close and in blackout rang. Being a very resourceful dork that I am figured out a very simple solution to this problem. I used my buddies account to log into the stream and he lives in Alabama. Just use a address outside of the black our area.

tell coach p hllywd says congrats............as far in the trenches i like kimani jones, heck of a football player and a great guy, he has had some bad luck with injuries the past few years but when he is healthy you can count on good protection.........i gave him heck a game back when he had 2 flags on the same drive............folks that counted on cleve being as bad as vegas was seem to forget that with austin and nashv. gone there was alot of talent to build with plus they got alot of austin guys and i think tthat team was better than their record

I was at the game and it was a great game. Sat in the upper corner, near many Glads fans who made the trip.

Gladiators, 3-0. That's impressive. Very impressive.
