| I saw him at the open practice on Monday and he looked good, but I didn't see him in any stats from the Utah-AZ game last night. What's up? |

If he were on the injury report I would have asked how he got injured ;)
According to the article, there's some hamstring injury that caused him to not fly out to the game in Utah. |

| The big question is, If he had a bad hamstring and didn't make the flight out, WHY wasn't he listed on Fridays Injury Report? |

you think they would UPDATE the injury report before the game like the NFL does. _________________ I miss the Quad City SteamWheelers! My website -->> http://members.tripod.com/grego_3434/ |

Here's some Arena Football 101 that I'm sure you already know.
Teams rosters consist of 24 players. You can play 20 on game day, therefore 4 are "inactive." I don't believe there is any rule requiring a team to notify the League or the other team as to who is going to be inactive prior to gametime.
Siaha's status for Saturday's game was simply "inactive." Why would the Rattlers announce that Siaha was not going to make the trip? All that would have done is allow Utah to change their defensive game plan to concentrate on Nickerson and Harvey.
Utah was probably ready for Burley, having played with him for 2 years. They found out only at the last minute that he wasn't playing which screwed up their defensive game plan.
Obviously, the strategy worked. _________________ Rattler Proud is Rattler Loud! |

| Wonder if Burley will be playing this week against NY. Hopefully the hamstring is back to 100%. |

I worry quite a bit about this team - they looked solid in practice, but the O line is having some issues.
Now the good thing is the Dragons also have issues - Rohan Davey is still a developing QB, and Aaron Garcia is always questionable for injury. But their receivers are solid, so I don't know what to make of all that - I think the Dragons have some strength in their offense, and they did keep up with the Soul, which is something I don't know the Rattlers could do. |
