Washington Valor to Unveil Team Uniforms

Paulsen Named as Play-by-Play Broadcaster
WASHINGTON, D.C. – The Washington Valor will unveil their uniforms for the 2017 season presented by MedStar Health on Saturday, Dec. 10, at 5 p.m. The event will be held at Beck’s Lounge located on the 4 th floor at Verizon Center. Monumental Sports & Entertainment co-owner and managing partner of the Washington Valor Roger Mody and Valor Coach Dean Cokinos will be on hand for the unveiling.
The team also announced that award-winning sports journalist and broadcaster Grant Paulsen will serve as the team’s play-by-play voice for the 2017 season. Paulsen, who has been covering sports teams in the D.C. area for the last 17 years and currently hosts a daily sports talk radio show, will also attend the uniform unveiling. All Valor games will be broadcast on Monumental Sports Network.
As a result of the Washington Wizards game, media members will need credentials and are encouraged to RSVP to credentials@monumentalsports.com . There is a red awning on 6 th Street NW indicating the media entrance.
