VooDoo release three, place two on Injured Reserve

NEW ORLEANS (April 5, 2011) – The New Orleans VooDoo released defensive backs Darrick and Marcus Brown and offensive lineman Joe Holmes, while placing defensive back Roland Cola and fullback Jason Schule on injured reserve, announced the front office on Tuesday morning.
Cola (hand) and Schule (elbow) both sustained injuries in the VooDoo’s last game versus the Georgia Force. Both will be out of action for a minimum of four weeks.
TRANSACTION – DB Darrick Brown, DB Marcus Brown and OL Joe Holmes released. DB Roland Cola and FB Jason Schule placed on injured reserve.
