AFL Awards Week 12 Players of the Week

 Raudabaugh doesn’t miss a beat in his first game back, as Moore earns weekly honor for the second time

LAS VEGAS – The Arena Football League has announced that Philadelphia Soul’s quarterback Dan Raudabaugh and Albany Empire’s linebacker Terence Moore have been named as the offensive and defensive players of the week for Week 12, respectively.

OFFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK – Raudabaugh (6’3, 230, Miami OH) went 22-of-27 passes for 255 yards, one interception and seven touchdowns in the Soul’s 49-48 win over the Baltimore Brigade. This was Raudabaugh’s first game back since Week 5. In six games this season, the eight-year veteran has completed 122-of-176 passes for 1,424 yards, five interceptions, and 29 touchdowns.

DEFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK – Moore (6’2, 225, Troy) tallied 9.0 total tackles, 1.5 tackles for-a-loss, one forced fumble, and one sack in the Empire’s 55-41 win over the Washington Valor. The seven-year veteran leads the Empire defense with 64.5 total tackles, 2.5 tackles for-a-loss, nine pass breakups, 14 passes defended, two fumble recoveries, two forced fumbles, and five interceptions. Moore was previously named the Week 7 Defensive Player of the Week.

WEEK 8 – Albany’s Tommy Grady (Offensive) and Philadelphia’s LaRico Stevenson (Defensive)

WEEK 9 – Baltimore’s Randy Hippeard (Offensive) and Washington’s Fred Obi (Defensive)

WEEK 10 – Philadelphia’s Aaron Wascha (Offensive) and Baltimore’s Joe Powell (Defensive)
