Event to be held at Total Turf Experience in Pitman, NJ on Thursday, July 20

PHILADELPHIA – The 2016 ArenaBowl Champion Philadelphia Soul, along with Virtua and the Virtua Foundation will host a Town Takeover at Total Turf Experience in Pitman, NJ (614 Lambs Road) this Thursday, July 20 from 5 to 8 p.m.

The Town Takeover will allow fans of all ages to meet the 2017 Philadelphia Soul players and coaching staff while they learn the skills and drills that help our Soul players stay sharp on the field. Soulman and the 2017 Soulmates will also be in attendance to hang out and sign autographs all night.

Kids can enjoy an interactive area with bounce houses, an obstacle course, face painters and more. Parents can enjoy the live DJ, food trucks, check out the sports memorabilia auction and participate in the 50/50 raffle. Proceeds of the night’s event will benefit the programs and services provided by the Virtua Foundation.

“It will be a fun night for all, said Soul President John Adams. It’s a great opportunity to come hang out with our players, coaches, Soulmates and Soulman. Everybody will be fully accessible for pictures and autographs, and there will be plenty of things to do for the entire family.”

This event is free and open to the public. All media interested in attending the Town Takeover should reach out to Kristen Van Iderstine no later than Thursday morning.

The Soul will take on the Baltimore Brigade for the final time of the regular season on Saturday, July 29 at Royal Farms Arena. Kick-off is set for 1 p.m. and the game will be broadcast on TCN, Twitter and 97.5 The Fanatic.
