Los Angeles, CA (December 3rd, 2015)- Today the LA KISS welcome Daniel Frazer as the team's new Director of Player Personnel. Frazer joins the LA KISS after spending three successful years as the Assistant Director of Player Personnel for the San Jose SaberCats.
“We are very excited to have Daniel on our staff,” said LA KISS Head Coach, Omarr Smith. “Daniel is native of Southern California, he is extremely passionate about his job and has an eye for talent. He has experience and an abundance of NFL contacts. Daniel wanted to return home to pursue his career goals, and we’re fortunate that the opportunity for him to join LA KISS presented itself. He will be integral in helping LA KISS build a championship caliber team.”
Frazer will analyze the current LA KISS roster and recent player acquisitions, while advising on positions that need to be addressed. He will also monitor the AFL free agent market, and assess NFL and CFL roster cuts. During the season, Frazer will be in charge of maintaining continuous depth on the team's roster, setting up free agent workouts and examining the talent of the NFL, CFL and AFL.
