TT Toliver moves into 2nd place all-time in receiving yards & receptions

TT Toliver continues to set history week in and week out for the Tampa Bay Storm. With a 9-yard catch in the second quarter on Saturday night, he moved into second place in receptions in league history, surpassing his head coach, Lawrence Samuels. Earlier in the game, Toliver passed Chris Jackson and Barry Wagner for second and third place respectively in total receiving yards in AFL history.
Toliver, who entered Week 8 with 48 receptions, 697 yards and 16 TDs this season, needed just 11 yards to catch Wagner for third place on the all-time receiving yards list. He needed 30 yards in this game to catch Jackson for the second most receiving yards in AFL history.
The future Hall of Famer also needs five receptions tonight to catch his head coach, Lawrence Samuels on the all-time list for receptions in AFL history.
Entering play on Saturday night, Toliver had 1,025 receptions, 13,352 yards and 258 receiving touchdowns, leaving him ranked third, fourth and sixth in league history respectively. Toliver is also a Top 10 receiver in Storm history in all three receiving categories for what he has accomplished in his six years with the club.
