Dan Raudabaugh becomes 14th man to throw for 400 TDs

ORLANDO -- Through seven seasons, Clint Dolezel had 393 career touchdown passes. The man who has become his protégé, Dan Raudabaugh needed to five years to throw for 400. When Raudabaugh connected with Shaun Kauleinamoku for a 32-yard touchdown pass in the second quarter of Sunday night's game against the Orlando Predators, he because the 14th quarterback in AFL history to throw for 400 touchdown passes in his career.

Early in the game, Raudabaugh's touchdown pass to Ryan McDaniel was his 397th in his career, tying AFL Hall of Famer Jay Gruden for 14th place all-time. He broke that mark just minutes later.

Raudabaugh, just a day shy of his 28th birthday, has the third-most touchdown passes amongst active players, trailing just Tommy Grady and Nick Davila.

Later in the season, Raudabaugh could reach the 500-touchdown club, an exclusive group of quarterbacks in league history with just 10 current members.
