Shock Preseason Practice and Events Schedule

2015 Training Camp begins Thursday, March 5

 SPOKANE, Wash. (March 3, 2015) – The Shock will kick off their 2015 AFL Training Camp on Thursday, March 5 with player arrivals and entrance physicals. The team will have two acclamation days over the weekend before their first padded practice on Monday, March 7.

The team’s first official media day for the 2015 season will take play on Tuesday, March 10 at the Shock Training Facility located at 3212 N Eden Rd Suite B in Spokane Valley. Practice will begin at approximately 10:00 AM and conclude at 12:00 PM with coaches and players available for interviews immediately following practice. Media days throughout the season will take place on Tuesdays.

Shock season ticket holders will have access to exclusive events during the 2015 training camp. The season ticket pick-up event on Saturday, March 14 will feature the first opportunity for 2015 ticket holders to pick up their season ticket packets. Doors will open at 9:00 AM with practice running from approximately 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Players will be available for autographs following practice.
Monday, March 16 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM the Shock will be hosting a team meet and greet event at The Black Diamond (9614 E Sprague Ave, Spokane Valley, WA 99206). This event will also serve as the second and final opportunity for season ticket holders to pick-up their packets before they will be mailed on Wednesday. Shock players, dance team and coaches will be present for autograph opportunities. The Black Diamond will have specials available for Shock fans (all ages welcome) and will be extending happy hour food and beverage specials through 8:00 PM.

The first Shock Coach’s Show of the 2015 season will take place on Monday, March 16 at The Bar at Pizza Pipeline (1403 N Division Street) from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM. All ages are welcome. Join Head Coach Andy Olson and Larry Weir for the show LIVE on AM 700 ESPN Radio Spokane.

The Shock will be hosting a sponsor ticket pick-up event presented by CenturyLink on Friday, March 20 at the Shock Training Facility from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Shock sponsors and partners are invited to watch practice and participate in an exclusive pre-season networking event. Shock sponsors are able to pick up their season ticket packets during that event or they will be delivered the following week.

The final practice of the Shock’s 2015 training camp will take place on Saturday, March 21. This will feature the final scrimmage that is open to Shock season ticket holders, media, and the public for viewing. Final roster cuts will be submitted Saturday afternoon to the league office as the 2015 regular season will commence on Sunday, March 22.

The Shock hosts dollar night and the home opener for its tenth electrifying season against the Philadelphia Soul on Saturday, April 4 at 7 p.m. at the Spokane Arena (720 W Mallon). Single game tickets go on sale Wednesday, March 4 at all TicketsWest box office locations, at the Spokane Arena box office and at www.TicketsWest.com.

Season tickets for the 10th Electrifying Season are currently on sale with packages starting as low as $99 for all nine (9) Shock home games.
