Soul name David Beck Vice President of Ticket Sales

 Former NHL Vice President and 20-Year Ticket Sales Veteran to lead department

PHILADELPHIA (October 9, 2014) – The Philadelphia Soul of the Arena Football League announce the addition of David Beck as the new Vice President of Ticket Sales for the organization. David brings over 20 years of ticket sales experience including 10 years running the ticketing department for the New Jersey Devils of the National Hockey League.

“While searching to fill this position, David checked all of the boxes of what we were looking for,” said Soul Chief Operating Officer, John Adams. “David has an incredible background of success and experience including being the Vice President of Ticket Sales for the Devils. He brings integrity, energy and a passion to lead a ticket sales department. We doubled the size of our ticket sales department from last year and David is the right guy to maximize our investment into this department.”

“This is an exciting opportunity for me to bring my experiences and implement them with the Soul,” said Beck. “Arena Football is an incredibly exciting product and the Soul is committed to not only winning on the football field, but also in the business office as well. With the recent announcement of Saint’s wide receiver Marques Colston joining the Soul ownership group, the Soul have planned a “Meet Marques” event this Friday from 6 p.m. – 7 p.m. at Chickie’s and Pete’s in South Philly. This is also an opportunity for current Soul season ticket holders and fans to meet and welcome David to the Soul family.
