Pelican Sports Network to Broadcast VooDoo on TV In 2014

NEW ORLEANS (March 3, 2014) – The New Orleans VooDoo and Pelican Sports Network have reached an agreement to broadcast VooDoo home games live during the 2014 season.
Pelican Sports Network will broadcast eight VooDoo home games, and ESPN2 will broadcast one game on July 7th at 7:30 P.M. against the Pittsburgh Power.
Pelican Sports Network broadcasts on Cox Cable, AT&T U-Verse, Fidelity, Allen Cable, Feliciana Cable, and Eatel cable in the New Orleans, Baton Rouge, and Lafayette markets.
“I’m excited about this partnership with the New Orleans VooDoo,” said Pelican Sports Network General Manager, Tommy Krysan. “I’m glad that we can bring live VooDoo games to not only the New Orleans area, but Baton Rouge, Lafayette, and other areas around the state.”
VooDoo radio talent Ken Trahan and John Norris will provide play by play and analysis for the television broadcasts, as well.

CBS Sports Network will broadcast an AFL National Game of the Week on Saturday nights for the entire regular season and postseason.
