TAMPA BAY – The Tampa Bay Storm is pleased to announce the addition of Alfred McCullough to the offensive line.

“Alfred is a big strong kid that is going to have the opportunity to come in here and show us what he has,” said vice president of football operations Jeff Gooch. “Teams are always looking for athletic big men and we are excited to give him an opportunity.”

McCullough (6-foot-2, 330 lbs., Alabama) will enter his first season in the Arena Football League with the Tampa Bay Storm. A versatile lineman, he saw action at Alabama on both the offensive and defensive line.

The Athens, AL, native started six games while appearing in 31 for Alabama including two starts at left tackle protecting the blind-side of A.J. McCarron. McCullough also helped lead his high school team (Athens H.S.) to the Class 5A Alabama State Championship his senior season.
