Arizona Rattlers Have Been Assigned Two Rookies

Crawford and Webber assigned to one year deals
Mesa, Ariz. - Defensive lineman Mark Crawford and wide receiver Raymond Webber have been assigned to the Arizona Rattlers. Both are rookies receiving one year deals.
Standing 6'1" tall and weighing 338 pounds, Crawford is from Indianapolis, IN. He spent three years at the University of Kentucky where he recorded 49 tackles.
One of the nation's top 100 junior-college prospects in 2008, Crawford had 41 tackles in eight games for Coffeyville Community College.
Webber, who stands 6'2" and weighs in at 220 pounds, is out of St. Louis, Missouri. Signed with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers as an undrafted free agent in 2011, Webber was put on injured reserve before being waived and picked up by the New York Jets in 2012.
Webber finished his senior season at the University of Arkansas-Pine Bluff leading the nation in receptions (101) and receiving yards (1.429). It was the third time in Southwest Athletic Conference history that a receiver has caught more than 100 balls. Jerry Rice did it twice.
During his career at the UAPB, Webber caught 180 passes for 2376 yards and 16 touchdowns.
