Mustangs home opener tickets go on sale March 1

MILWAUKEE (February 17, 2012) – The Milwaukee Mustangs are happy to announce that single-game tickets for the 2012 home opener on March 29 against the Pittsburgh Power will go on sale starting Thursday, March 1.
"This is a great opportunity for Mustangs fans to purchase affordable single-game tickets for the home opener," said Mustangs vice president, Scott Jacka. "With the steps that the Mustangs have already taken in 2011 and now in 2012, we are very excited and looking forward to a great opening night on March 29 and the rest of the 2012 season.”
The Mustangs have been very active this offseason, starting with the re-assignment of quarterback Gino Guidugli and wide receiver/linebacker Marcus Everett. Guidugli completed 107 of 158 passes for 1,313 yards, had 23 touchdowns and was the source behind the Mustangs’ three game-winning streak to finish up the 2011 season. Everett scored two defensive touchdowns, one on a three-yard fumble return and another on a four-yard interception return, in his best game of the season against Iowa on July 15, 2011.
Also joining the ranks of the Mustangs this season is offensive lineman Adam Tadisch and quarterback Shane Boyd. Tadisch is coming off of two seasons with the Cleveland Gladiators where he was named first-team all-league in both 2010 and 2011. Boyd brings NFL experience having spent time with the Tennessee Titans, Pittsburgh Steelers, Arizona Cardinals, Houston Texans, and Indianapolis Colts.
The Mustangs open the regular season on the road in week two against the Arizona Rattlers on Saturday, March 17. Single-game tickets for all Mustangs’ 2012 home games will also be available on Thursday, March 1.
