ORLANDO - Rod Windsor has only played in the Arena Football League for six seasons, and he's already surpassed the careers of so many who were around for decades. With his second catch of the game on Saturday night in Orlando, his 777th reception in his career, he surpassed the great Hunkie Cooper for the most receptions in Arizona Rattlers history.

All-Time Receptions Leaders in Arizona Rattlers History
Rod Windsor: 786
Hunkie Cooper: 776
Randy Gatewood: 690
Calvin Schexnayer: 523

What makes Windsor so special is that he's managed to break this Rattlers' team records in just six seasons. Cooper played 13 seasons with the Rattlers. Gatewood played for a dozen years while "Shakes" spent the first seven years of his career in the desert.

Windsor took the AFL by storm when he entered the league in 2010. He shattered every rookie receiving record in the book with his 193 receptions, 2,372 yards and 47 TDs. He's never looked back, posting at least 110 catches receptions, at least 1,590 yards and at least 36 TDs in each season in his career.

Windsor is one of the 14 men in AFL history to catch at least 200 touchdowns and is on the verge of becoming the 15th receiver to have 10,000 receiving yards, a mark he came just short of passing on Saturday night. He entered this week with 9,865 career yards. After having a game-high 130 yards on Saturday, he'll enter next week's game with Philadelphia sitting on 9,995 receiving yards.

The other only receiver who reached 10,000 yards in fewer than eight seasons was Tiger Jones, who also got to the coveted mark in his sixth season in the league.

Jones needed 88 games to get to 10,000 career yards. Tonight marked the 87th game in Windsor's career.
