Nelson Garner
Nelson was only used for kickoffs as a true freshman in 1994 at James Madison. He was 13 of 18 in field goal attempts and 23 of 25 in points after touchdown in his college career. Garner was with the NFL's Baltimore Ravens for their 1998 and 1999 training camps.
